If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and ace367 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind relating to the subject matter herein.
